In modern healthcare, efficient appointment management has become a critical and essential tool for improving service in clinics and medical centers. The system was developed in response to the growing need for a solution that enables better appointment scheduling, waiting time management, and improvement of both patient and doctors experience.

Developing an intuitive system that provides a comprehensive solution for appointment management while dealing with healthcare system complexity, multiple users with diverse needs, and requirements for high accuracy and reliability.

While the automated reminders are being sent, the medical secretary can carry on with her daily routine. If a response is received, whether positive or negative, the system will notify her via a pop-up, and the data will be updated and adjusted accordingly.
