Next, I began translating the key features into user flows, starting with quick sketches to visualize interactions. Once the wireframes felt intuitive, I moved into Figma to bring the experience to life with more refined layouts.

A smart reminder system personally adapted to each patient's communication preferences. The system sends automatic reminders through various channels (SMS, email, Call) and enables appointment confirmation or cancellation with a single click.
